Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

For unopened and unused items, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
